CRACK-COVER TAPE

There are two types of MIARCO crack-cover tape. One is a non-adhesive tape with a fibreglass mesh backing, the other has adhesive on one side with a silicone-coated paper liner and is used for covering cracks and joining gypsum or plasterboard. MIARCO’s crack-cover tape is easy to apply to both small and large cracks. The tape with a paper liner is used for smaller cracks. Once the surface has been cleaned and the crack-cover tape applied the surface can be painted. The tape with fibreglass mesh is used for larger cracks. Once the tape is applied filler should be used prior to painting.
